Morocco - Technical Assistance – Training of welders / mechanicsTechnical support for training trainers. Office for Vocational Training and Labour Promotion (O.F.P.P.T.) The project has to provide training for trainers and managers involved with training engineering and to start up a centre for trainers training in vocational training engineering as well as providing technical and teaching training for the Moroccan trainers of the Moroccan vocational school system - Acquire, adapt and implement training references, competence assertion and engineer training modules with regard to the specificities of Moroccan employment conditions in agreement with professional federations, ministries of training, industry and commerce and regional/local authorities.
- Organisation of guidance & consultative committees with members of ministries, industry federations, regional and local bodies and vocational school system.
- Convert specific requirements into training specifications.
- Create “train the trainer” centres for two specific technical fields (mechanics and welding) and for teaching training and evaluation.
- Concept of training references, adaptation of training modules for trainers and trainees (training engineering)
- Manage contacts with European “training of trainers” centres as well as training sessions with them.
