Guinea - Health Additional Supports Program - Public Health Ministry (MSP) - PACS Programme

In partnership with the University of Liege, Cecoforma provided technical assistance (International expertise – project managers – trainers - specialists) to the (Programme d’Appui Complémentaire à la Santé) – PACS totalling 2,150,000 EUR financed by the European Commission (8th EDF) - 2003 -2006

The services provided by Cecoforma cover three sectors:

Health Coordination (CoSanté): coordinating the different health development programmes in Guinea and enabling better management of expenditure
Programme for the Supply of Essential Drugs (PAME) : supporting the Ministry of Health in the implementation of recommendations issued following an assessment of the sub-sector carried out in 1999
Urban Health Support Project (PASU) : building the management and organisation capacities of the Directorate-General of Health of the Town of Conakry (DSVCo)
