Organization of a training in preventive maintenance of a park of busses VAN HOOL type 500 & AG 500 & AGG 500 within the framework of ETUSA project (Entrerprise of Urban and Suburban Transport in Algiers ) Background Following a grant of the Belgian government to the Algerian government, the Belgian Technical cooperation (BTC) is in particular in charge of the implementation of certain trainings within the framework of the bilateral cooperative project signed on December 19, 2001 between the Algerian and Belgian governments and in charge of leading “maintenance upgrading at the ETUSA” Among the expected results of the project appears the technical improvement of the preventive maintenance of the park of approximately 350 VAN HOOL busses, type 500, AG 500 and AGG 500 and standard SNVI 100 V8. With the objective of supplementing the training of the technicians more particularly those in charge of the current park maintenance. Mission objectives The objective of this mission is to quickly organize in Belgium the hands-on training directed towards the preventive maintenance of standard VAN HOOL busses A500, AG500 and AGG 500 for 13 technicians from ETUSA during 10 days of trainings in the fields of : - Greasing - Mechanics - Electricity, batteries - Air circuits and pneumatic components - Wheels and tires - Sheet-iron works body and painting The objective of this formation is to enable each technician (already tested) to acquire in his speciality the complementary knowledge to carry out preventive maintenance actions and to ensure the thorough maintenance of the entire bus park of the ETUSA in accordance with the methods of preventive maintenance in the urban grid systems. |
