Mid term Evaluation mission for the Education System Reform Project in Algeria - Specific contract 2007/146824 The mission aims at the evaluation of the Education System Reform Project's activities in order to set up an analyse and to provide recommendations. This will allow to verify the adequacy between the activities and the expected results. This evaluation deals with the organisation and the way the activities are implemented. It will show the relevance, the effectiveness and the efficiency of these activities. The mission will:
- Evaluate the first achieved results and their adequacy with the project’s specific objectives;
- Evaluate the relevancy of the activities, their coherence with the results as well as their impact on the national education system;
- Evaluate the efficacy of the project’s organization (means and guidelines);
- Evaluate the project’s coherence with the other activities aiming at the reform of the education system carried out by the MoE or other funders. |
